Welcome to the website for LifeSpan Employment Coaching and Counselling. My practice is located in Goderich, Ontario. Over the years, I have worked with clients across Canada, but most live and work in Southwestern Ontario.

However it is that you came here, I expect you will be wondering how my services can benefit you.

We are encouraged to think of career development as a journey leading to a destination. A better metaphor is to see ourselves as acrobats on a high wire, on a unicycle, who are juggling a dozen balls at the same time. Our primary goal when making career decisions is to maintain our balance and "stay on the wire". The path our working life takes therefore is a function of the work-related challenges that come our way, and the adjustments we feel ready, willing, and able to make in response to them.
